Basically if I walk in there I expect to spent at least $200 or more.

It depends what you plan to eat. They offer some of the best cuts of steak (wagyu) in town, but they're not cheap. They also do have your regular prime cuts that are no more expensive than say a J. Prime or Bob's chop house. Overall best steak house in SA and a very enjoyable experience top to bottom. Worth it everytime in my book. With that said no steakhouse in SA is cheap and if you go you can plan to spend at least 100 but probably closer to 2 if you hold nothing back.
No jeans with holes, usually shorts not accepted. Seen some refused service like this. Nice jeans with a polo or blouse ok.
